What payments are accepted?
Currently this store uses Stripe and Paypal to accept payments. Stripe accepts payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and China UnionPay credit and debit cards. PayPal allows you to use Paypal’s options for payment.
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates are subject to change as more is learned about these rates. Currently, this store uses flat rates for shipping. All SINGLE ITEM orders in the US have free shipping. If other items are included, it is $2.00 for each item shipping.
For anywhere else, the flat rates are $5.99 for a single item and $3.00 for additional items shipping.
Does this store accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, due to the current nature of this store, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted as a 3rd party company (Printful) is in control of production and shipping.
What if a problem occurs?
If something is to go wrong, the best plan of action is to contact either Printful about the order or the delivery company in charge of delivering your order.
Can orders be cancelled?
If you need to cancel an order try to reach out immediately to either Quatrelo through the contact page or Printful to cancel your order. Once your order is in the process of being fulfilled (being printed) it CANNOT be canceled.
